Depot Repair Service

Depot hardware repair service is an integral part of Interstate’s process of meeting our clients' POS service and support needs. To optimize hardware turn-around time, we recommend that a hot spare program be implemented whenever Depot Service is chosen as the primary vehicle for hardware support.

Interstate stocks a complete inventory of spare parts in our state-of-the-art repair facility to allow quick repairs to be completed. We repair and refurbish a variety of POS manufacturers' hardware and peripheral equipment including: touchscreen and non-touchscreen POS terminals, file servers, monitors, printers, scanners, mag-stripe readers and complete computer systems.
